Pros
It's a job. Don't know what has been good so far.
Cons
Poor/no communication. Gross non care for people that don't learn at the same pace. Withheld pay raises for two months even though you are told you get .50 every time they teach you a new area. You don't have a choice whether or not you do go into a different training. Plus they don't tell you how much you have to learn. It's SO MUCH. Not worth the pay at all compared to other companies.
