Pros

Incredible benefits and some really kind teammates.

Cons

The team I’m on lacks innovation, it’s extremely micromanaging, unreasonable work hours and I’m not learning anything. I haven’t been here that long and I’m already on my way out. I’ve yet to witness my team align with any of Intuit’s core values and I’m on my way out and have had a horrible experience with the exit team. The values aren’t reality, they’re lip service. Truly the worst experience I’ve had at a company. Worst manager, completely stuck in old school corporate ignorance.

Pros

-benefits options even for part-time -training and education -swag -pay is lagging behind the competition. There should be a quicker opportunity for promotion.

Cons

-It is a large company so it is driven by large company metrics. -teams operate differently and you don't get a say in what your role will be, client facing, back office, onboarding
