Pros

Make your own hours, flexible. Can work from home.

Cons

Pay is less than double minimum wage. For a professional position like a CPA that’s kind of ridiculous.

Pros

Intuit is a company that values its employees, customers and shareholders and seeks to do right by all. Excellent pay and benefits. A strong work ethic pervades the organization combined with a healthy respect for a good work life balance. My skills continue to grow here

Cons

Work can be demanding and deadline pressure is real.

Pros

Benefits are great Work is interesting and challenging

Cons

Manager/ Director is too dependent on leads and only manages up. Keeps skipping 1 on 1's. Work life balance is missing. Some of the leads and Senior engineers who have been working at that office for a while feel like they own the place and bully the new employees. Bro culture. Lot of engineers have left for the same reason.
