Pros

Intuit offers great benefits to employees, not only for health and wellness but also for legal needs, car trouble, back up childcare etc. The continuous feedback model allows me to know where I stand, where to improve, and where I am doing well. This means there is no surprises during quarterly and annual reviews.

Cons

Occasional re-orgs cause the upper management to scramble for a few weeks to try and figure out who should do what and when. This can cause stress and anxiety in front-line agents and even confusion on what is supposed to be done on any given day. However, this moment of chaos usually gets resolved within a few weeks.
