Pros

Great team, great coworkers, ability to stand behind your product.

Cons

No growth opportunities, even when you try hard. Switch you around like a chess piece. HR is M.I.A. and recruiting terrible.

Pros

This was my 3rd season - one season as a tax support agent and 2 seasons as a tax support lead. Great pay! Good positive spirit overall. All of my managers have been great to work with and I have always been able to take the time off that I needed to for important events/appointments. I LOVE being able to work from home! Grab a cup of hot tea and help people from the comfort of my own home. What a great job!

Cons

The company tends to change methods of operation a lot, so we have to learn to be flexible. I don't like the idea of being on camera - kind of takes away from one to the perks of working out of my home. (I have to "get dressed" for work!) But it's necessary and proven to help metrics.
