      Good bonus and contests, first line management excellent.

      Cons

      First line management has too many direct reports. Result inadequate training and support of hourly staff. I had earned full bonus first two years, left this year due to lack of proper training, Wrote email unable to perform due to poor tech training this year, not one person even responded, Human Resources sent usual end of season letter

      Pros

      Intuit is the worst place to work.

      Cons

      Intuit is the wrist place to work. Especially if you are a contract employee. My mother passed away while I was working there and they could have cared less. If you are a contract employee and when your birthday comes up they don't care. They celebrate everyone's but yours. The management is worse. I am so glad I am out of the place with poisonous snakes.
