Pros

Fair pay, work life balance, nice people, good work environment..

Cons

Change for the sake of change. Change is good, you do not stagnate, but change just for the sake of change is not bright, especially when it involves group layoffs of longtime employees.

Pros

good benefit but not so good anymore; some talented people

Cons

too much focus on bottom line has put the company in a spin & instability, constant change which makes the efforts inefficient; outsourcing which in the long term does not pay off

Pros

Love the training and on-going improvement. Very polite people.

Cons

Don't get too comfortable. CEO philosophy is to keep everyone slightly nervous about losing their job. Constant streamlining and reshuffling are draining on energy. Expect upheaval every 6 months or so.
