Pros

Great corporate dot com culture, cool technology, good pay and benefits, nice campus.

Cons

Significant mobility challenges while Intuit retools their products. They have followed the RIF, reorg, and repeat model 3 years in a row. Hard to retain top level talent if you don't grow them.

Pros

Intuit's refreshed values completely align with my personal values ... 10+ years and doing the best work of my life!!

Cons

During certain times of the year, like tax season, my role can be demanding but my peers have so much passion and commitment, we all collaborate and help one another so we can all win together.

Pros

Challenging environment because of poor system architecture

Cons

Management scrambles a lot and is not current or up to speed with the times. Talks a good game but when it is time to deliver they fall short.
