Pros

This is a company that works with their employees that have a physical handicap. I have been with them for 4 seasons now, and have a problem that does not allow me to accept chats. This company set me up to take calls only. Yes when they release another group to start, my routing profile gets changed, but when I notify them, they get it changed back. They are very sincere to their employees.

Cons

Nothing bad to say. It may take them a couple of days to get it changed, ut they get it done, and constantly checking on me.

Pros

Intuit is a great place to work. I work from home, reducing work cost and commuting distance. Intuit matches my 401 K at $1.25 and pays sick leave at 40 hours instead of 40 hours. Intuit does have full time employees. There is training at no cost. There is a group of people who are dedicated to doing nothing but answering tax preparers questions.

Msot of the time when with Clients - We spend an extra ordinate time on IT issues. Not Tax related issues
