Pros

Good products On-Site Gym and Cafe Great facility Great co-workers Great benefits

Cons

Intuit recently went through several rounds of a RIF (reduction in force). It's obvious that employees with high tenure were selected - most with 10+ years. Politics have begun to run rampant - especially within IT. The current SVP of IT has created an environment of fear, uncertainty and doubt.

Pros

One good reason to join Intuit is the educational reimbursement.

Cons

Stay far away, find a company that you can grow with and does not reorganize every year. Intuit "superstar" execs are largely duds who give each other awards for courage and performance on the backs of their reports.

Pros

Company treats its employees really really well. It is really relaxed place to work at. Really good if you want to raise a family. Easy to move within company. Intuit pays exceptionally well.

Cons

Senior management is completely clueless. This is basically not a technology company, it is a marketing company. Your co-workers are third tier. They are only there because they can't find a job at a better company. Not smart. Lot of politics. Warning: Intuit will be a blot on your resume.
