Pros

Good Salary and bonus (This is the only good thing in Intuit which I came to know till now ).

Cons

Many so called Architects who don't know anything about the technology. It look like every tenth employee in Intuit is Architect now. If you need promotion then listen and follow but don't ask anything about right and wrong. Just follow the leaders.
