Pros

Benefits (medical, retirement, bonuses) in line with industry. Time off in line with industry. Easy to move from business unit to business unit.

Cons

No ethics - everything from leaders covering up product issues to the recent ProPublica articles to sketchy hiring practices like calling long term employees "seasonal" to avoid paying benefits. No respect for tax or other subject matter experts, either in decision making or pay. Incredibly sexist culture, a man can literally repeat a woman's suggestion word for word and get immediate credit and traction. Leaders aren't competent as leaders, raises/bonuses/promotions are not data based, solely on VP opinions and emotions. Non-data backed decision making - can get whiplash watching leaders change their minds, resulting in huge pivots in strategy that make no sense. When I left, I was replaced by THREE people, but while there couldn't get any help or increased pay.

Great benefits, D4D innovation methodology

Cons

“Say/Do” at an all time low, drowning in OpMechs, lack of imagination, poor behavior and politics of leaders

Pros

Good pay, good benefits, perks like free snacks, coffee, gym. Usually will cater food

Cons

Senior Management shift which has done several layoffs this year. Teams are left with no plan on going forward. People are quitting over the stress and no one has been happy in several months. This is no longer the company that Brad Smith had imagined. He is leaving and it's not the same. With less staff its going to be harder to make customers a focus. Outsourcing and contracting out is not going to cut it.
