Pros

The pay seems competitive for industry. I enjoy working with my peers. They are intelligent, work hard, and easy to get along with. I get good feedback, both when I do well and when I can improve. I have been recognized and compensated for work well done.

Cons

There has been restructuring of late. This has lead to some uncertainty and confusion.

These solutions are foundational for end-users and thus positions Intuit well in this difficult economic time, as evidenced by its recent positive Q2 earnings report. Intuit provides a great work environment by: 1. Clearly and consistently messaging company goals and priorities 2. Demonstrably valuing employees 3. Promoting a strong company culture centered around integrity and respect

Cons

1. Trying to be more innovative; not there yet 2. Highly consensus driven, slowing decision making
