      * NYC office has a good culture * Beneficial for younger employees who are usually shielded from the leadership politics. * Benefits and salary are good

      Cons

      * Product leadership gives directs unnecessary tasks with the ask to perform by EOD. Doesn't create a psychologically safe environment. * Process for the sake of process * Lots of politics in a senior role
