      Remote work but plenty of engagement with coworkers

      Pros

      Flexible Schedule, yearly bonus, spotlight awards. Management was very caring and supportive. Team members meet daily for 15 mins and an hour once per week. Although it was remote work from home, I never felt alone because of the engagement with my coworkers. They offer a variety of educational opportunities in taxes and bookkeeping.

      Cons

      Although they offer profit sharing, it's almost impossible to actually buy into it. You have to make your schedule months before you even begin working, then management gets stuck trying to fix everyone's schedules after we're hired.

      Pros

      Intuit is a mature organisation and they have proper processes in place for everything that you can reasonably expect from an employer. Including great benefits and competitive compensation. The work is challenging and there is an appropriate amount of resources to get it done. I have had to work over my hours on occasion to keep pace, however I have received significant recognition for my efforts. There is also a refreshing honesty about making money to make shareholders happy.

      Cons

      Nothing significant so far. The UK can be quite far down the pecking order when it comes to innovations but this seems to be improving.

      Transforming as a company with a bold strategy to win. Investing in future technology and new ways working. Values driven culture with focus on customer obsession. Competitive rewards and benefits and a lot of opportunity for internal mobility.
