Pros

Great company culture, people, products... driven by customer obsession. Amazing smart, humble, driven coworkers. Compensation is competitive.

Cons

Lack of opportunity for stretch assignments/project work outside of day to day work scope even though leadership states you need to be contributing to stretch/additional project work.

Employee-centric culture

Pros

The culture at Intuit is very employee-centric. There is great thought given to helping us understand our mission, goals and values. Throughout the year, we have many opportunities to engage with leaders at all levels. We are fully informed of our progress and shortfalls. There is great candor and transparency on decisions. Employees enjoy all kinds of celebrations on campus. We have terrific cafeterias (high quality, good cost, fully payment automated), lots of celebrations and parties. Great swag throughout the year. Lovely Mountain View campus especially with the new buildings and other renovation work underway.

Cons

Intense rigor and process. I like it. But it is different from many other tech companies.
