Amazing company to work for.

Pros

Work/life balance is a huge pro for me. Intuit puts a lot of effort in making it a company you can be proud to work for. The managers are amazing and their sense of community makes working remote feel less remote. They have huge incentives that are a great bonus. They also have "recharge days" for FT and Select Time employees. Which are paid days off. You get Thanksgiving and Christmas off. There are a total of 8 of these days off. The opportunity to grow within the company is encouraged and possible.

Cons

I can't think of one con to working with Intuit. I absolutely love working for this company.

Pros

Working remotely is perfect for me. I work year-round but for much of the year full-time is 20 hours per week. During busy season hours can be unlimited, but I enjoy the benefits of being full time and not having to work 40 hours every week. The people are wonderful.

Cons

I do think the pay could be better. For my position I am required to be certified as an accountant, attorney or an enrolled agent. For that requirement we should be paid more. The pay is fine, but definitely should be better.

Career development, both internal and external. Remote work Make-your-own schedule Employee Stock Purchase Program 401(k) with generous matching Healthcare coverage Diverse workforce with people of all ages and backgrounds spread across the entire country

Cons

It is hard to come up with anything; I'm very pleased with my employment and am working towards internal career development; my manager is very supportive of my development and is providing me many opportunities to increase my visibility in the company and improve my resume
