Year round, select time employees have the same equipment as seasonal and no options to upgrade or buy swag or merchandise from Intuit

Pros

Good 401K match, generous sick time, work from home. Decent pay but I heard from the watercooler that people are starting in the low 20's per hour now.

Cons

Every season they expect a little more but give a little less. Very little opportunity for advancement past seasonal manager. No vacation time for year round employees. Doesn't look great on resume.
