      Pros

      HR is highly respected and considered/expected to be business leaders here. People genuinely care about the small business/self employed customers and the talent here who solve customer problems are on level with Google, Apple, LinkedIn etc. This is where our people often come from but join Intuit for the humility.

      Cons

      Onboarding experience is lacking compared to world class recruitment experience. Being addressed though and have confidence that the right level of resource is stacked against this to make is better for our new hires of the future.

      Pros

      Leadership is very engaged and interested in what employees want/ need and the culture is incredible.

      Cons

      Very inclusive decision making process, which may get in the way of speed, but quality isn't compromised, so it's not an impediment at this point!
