Pros

Fast moving with constant innovation. Employee perks and benefits. Complete end to end ownership. Free transportation and food.

Cons

Culture doing downhill with firing and DNME. Aggressive timeline chasing with toxicity. Recognition is visibility based over tech or impact. Excessive bootlicking and favouritism. Incompetent senior management.
