Cons

Experience and culture heavily depend on the team and manager. A bad manager can make your life miserable and negate all the nice company benefits.

Pros

The culture depends on the team. Good benefit on 401k and wellness budget of 1.3k annually. The pace is a lot faster since couple rounds of layoffs and reorgs. The company is in AI transition so expect to constant change in priorities and team structure.

Cons

Overall the culture is not as good as couple years ago when I joined the team.
