Pros

Being part of the product analytics team in the GTM space gives me an opportunity to work with multiple teams letting me learn about how products are built, launched & improved. I think the pay is decent considering Atlanta location & there are lot of company holidays + other benefits like ESPP at 15% discount.

Cons

Lot of work which leads to continuous shift in priorities. Downside of working with multiple teams is the dependencies with other teams. My Manager micro manages most of the time.
