great benefits and people are great to work with (with the occasional exceptions)

Cons

it is an enterprise. not much room for innovation in using cutting edge software tools because of tedious platforms that are mandatory to use. working in Israel is hard on the work-life balance if you want to be promoted you must work with US on their hours and the overall customers of the products are in the US.
