      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity for the right person. Chance to work autonomously and on projects that have big impacts. The organization is pretty flat which gives exposure to senior leadership often.

      Cons

      Going through growing pains. A small company that is growing sometimes leads to too many cooks in the kitchen.
