      Servant Leadership philosophy; leaders are approachable and appreciative of their teams. There is a strong sense of community which is warm and inclusive. Opportunities for advancement are increasing as the company continues to grow across the US.

      Cons

      Nothing major - typical growing pains of an expanding company, but challenges always immediately addressed.

      Servant leadership model that creates a culture that holds each other accountable and lifts each other up. People are willing to step in and support you when you need help.

      Cons

      Employees are held accountable to perform their jobs well. If you aren't pulling your weight you will hear about it.

      Cares about people - patients and employees

      Strong culture, great people, solid mission. The core values are lived out. The goal is always to do the right thing for the patient. Intuitive Health is changing healthcare.

      Cons

      No serious cons - just the normal growing pains as they determine process. The great part is they seek input from people at all levels.
