Co-workers will deliberately throw you under the bus to make themselves look better. HR will not help at all, and upper management turns a blind eye. Very demanding environment with little or no direction. Managers was incompetent and pushed blame on direct reports.

Intuitive Surgical's fast paced culture causes them to spread shared resources thin. People will shift projects weekly to support whatever project is the "hot" project of the week or month. Some people complain about a tough work/life balance.
