Transitioning from one industry into a medical device company, there are so many experts and experienced team members to learn from, its been a great learning experience.

*Impressive mission and products - with top-notch servicers focused on customers' needs for long-term value *Stable leadership team (LT) focused on mission, LT and board includes women *Minimal history of layoffs due to earlier LT and culture focused on less frivolous spending and early market leadership

Cons

*Growing pains spurring LT to focus on areas for short-term gains (losing focus on mission) *Blindspots due to lack inclusion and diversity across LT *High occurrence of burnout, with little support, for multiple roles
