      Nice place to work, PTO policy is awful

      Pros

      Many smart people and teams. Lots of learning, and the product is interesting to work on and genuinely has impact on patients. Company has fun events every now and then and shows a commitment to employee engagement.

      Cons

      PTO policy is terrible (starting at 12 days/year). Probably the worst policy in tech.

      Pros

      Challenging problems that directly affect people's quality of life and healthcare. Company culture oriented on great people working together to tackle such problems, not on profit or product. Responsible in deciding which innovation to pursue, but willing to support expensive effort if those are demonstrated to be useful and socialized.

      Cons

      Processes (quality, releases, reviews) are choppy and get stuck very easily on "bureaucratic" observations (most of the reviews challenge the internal development about the form, not about the principles), which is atypical given the company only has 3 line of products. WLB needs improvement.
