We have had a focused I & D effort here at Intuitive for the past 10 years starting with our first ERG (WITY) Women in Technology. Our EStaff has been committed to making this a place where everyone can be their authentic self and do their best in an environment that is safe and enjoyable for everyone. Our I & D Council is comprised of our CEO and other CSuite members of intuitive demonstrating their strong commitment to this effort.

I went through the interview process at Intuitive and accepted a full-time position. The entire process from start to finish was first class. My main contact was Ken in Executive Recruiting. He was extremely helpful throughout and highly professional, experienced, persistent and, most importantly, transparent. He regularly communicated with me via phone, text and email to make sure I immediately had everything I needed. Nancy and Iridian were also very supportive. Additionally, I was so inspired by the talent and diversity of the interviewers. Intuitive is a very unique company with a special culture of innovation. I'm very excited to begin my new role, learn from my manager and teammates, and try to contribute in some small way to help the company achieve its important mission of further advancing minimally invasive care.
