      Pros

      Working for Intuitive has been the most rewarding experience. The depth of the relationships we build with surgeons and throughout the hospitals allow us to make a real impact on patient care. I believe the company values its employees. There is so much variety- it never gets boring.

      Cons

      It is a very complex job, which is one reason I enjoy it, but it can be hard to keep a work-life balance at times.

      Intuitive's leadership truly walks the talk about the company's mission and values. They are incredibly supportive of employees because they know people do their best work when they feel supported and respected. There are plenty of opportunities for employees to build skills and experience and make connections.

      Cons

      Intuitive is perennially understaffed, but this is partly because the company continues to grow at a respectable clip and is selective in hiring, to make sure new hires will be a good fit.
