      Pros

      Every day I feel fortunate to be surrounded by bright, passionate people who compel me to do better and be better. I have learned so much here and have been able to further my career. The company is united in its mission to improve patient outcomes and it is gratifying to be a part of that. We also enjoy amazing benefits!

      Great people and hiring structure with "Character first" model, Very transparent environment where people feel comfortable collaborating, Many opportunities to learn in the HR department while early on in your career

      Cons

      One challenge the company faces is trying not to grow too quickly and making careful hires, while also having the manpower you need in a team. Overall the company does a good job with this balance, which is part of the reason for the success.
