      Pros

      The communication from the top C level down in terms of culture, goals, values, etc is great. I really have faith that they are a talented team that will be able to take care of this company, the employees and the patients for a long time. Their values are in the right place.

      Cons

      If you don't like cubicle city, this place is cubicle city. I personally like having my own cubicle where I can have a private place to work and check my Facebook occasionally without anyone judging me.

      Pros

      High workload, challanging products. It's great to work towards advancing the disruptive technology of robotic surgery. All of my co-workers are the best in their field.

      Cons

      There are a lot of projects going on at once, and some groups don't realize the extent of responsibilities others have in the company. Project prioritization can use improvement.
