      Great benefits with good pay

      Cons

      Leadership approves annual goals, roadmaps, projects but blows it all up in Q1 every year because they didn't bother to reach out or refer back to what was already approved. Pivoting is one thing but it is complete re-direction from original goals and drives the supporting teams into chaos.

      Caring organization and great mission

      Pros

      Executive team has an egalitarian focus for their employees from engineering to manufacturing. The mission to provide a "patients first" focus is truly a primary focus

      Cons

      Employee count has increased significanty over the past five years. It has resulted in some growing pains and adjustments. Managers do a good job trying to maintain culture but don't always succeed.
