Pros
The work life balance is pretty great, the company is still very my coasting as if there are no competitors.
Cons
Woefully unqualified leaders, who often have never worked anywhere else. So they don't know what good looks like and think the status quo is good enough. Pretty awful benefits paired with a belief that comp is competitive and employees should be lucky to work there. Very much a good old boys culture. You don't have a career path if you aren't one of the guys.
