Pros
nice accommodations (break rooms, food for overtime, company picnics) networking is fairly easy if you want overtime, it comes by easily (can be a con to some people though)
Cons
A LOT of drama they enforce mandatory overtime with little to no notice for employees will move employees to different lines despite them disagreeing and stunting their growth lots of judgmental people management’s answer to almost everything is : it’s in the works / business needs… / it’s from the higher higher ups / or any other response to not actually answer the question getting promoted (despite already and currently doing responsibilities of a higher position) is a hassle getting transferred to another department is even worse
