First and foremost, I chose Intuitive for its culture and values. Without a doubt, it has been everything I had hoped for when I joined and more. I’ve consistently felt safe to raise my voice and that I’m heard, more so than I have in any other company I've worked for in the past. I couldn’t ask for more in terms of leadership and a team atmosphere, even with teams outside my own with whom I partner. Based on my prior experience, it’s extremely rare to find this supportive of an environment, and our results show in what we’ve done to advance our mission.
