      Pros

      No more rewarding company to work for than Intuitive. The atmosphere is unlike any other Med Device company. The commitment that the organization has to patients in the community is unmatched. Intuitive creates that most innovative products in the industry while ensuring that the devices are applicable to the challenges facing quality health care.

      Intuitive has provided a tremendous amount of investment in professional development related to career growth. Internal seminars and courses as well as external coaching on a myriad of skills have been provided. Professional development is pushed as a foundational pillar of the company and is offered often.

Leadership's investment in your growth is unlike any place I have been employed. Their growth pathway is clearly defined and there are plenty of opportunities for advancement.
