Pros
Intuitive is the only company I have ever worked for that truly invests in their own, whether it is promoting from within or preparing for promotion via the numerous development programs available, the company does an amazing job with advancing their people. In my 5 years at Intuitive I have been awarded 2 promotions, both of which has impacted myself and my family significantly. I would recommend Intuitive to anyone who is looking for challenging, fast-paced, and meaningful work with opportunity to grow personally and professionally.
Cons
The rapid growth in Da Vinci surgery has resulted in the sales team managing more, but thankfully hiring is on-going.
