Pros
1. They really believe that good ideas can come from anywhere! Many senior engineers are receptive to feedback from all levels. 2. Excellent work life balance in my team. High productivity without burnout thanks to a fantastic manager. 3. The executive leadership are very approachable and know what it means to do good engineering work that puts the patient first.
Cons
1. The diversity could use more work. The deeper you go into R&D, the fewer Black / Latinx employees you see. 2. Vacation time of 12 days +1 per year you stay needs a boost. 3. Although my experience with my team has been great, I've heard various reviews from team to team here so it pays to get to know your manager as best you can while interviewing.
