      Pros

      This is an amazing company to work for! Everyday I know that I am helping to change the world in a positive way. The pay is good, and all of my coworkers are brilliant, and motivated. There isn't anyone I work with who I dislike, even people I disagree with are pleasant and have good intentions. Moving from role to role, or office to office is encouraged, and the fast growth means there is always a new opportunity.

      Cons

      The fast pace workplace is great, but not for everyone. Not a good fit if you want to put in the minimum and just get by.

      I consider myself extremely fortunate to work at Intuitive Surgical where employees have so much passion for the work they do! Intuitive is committed to the development of their employees to work towards their career aspirations. I can attest to this as over the years, I've had multiple growth opportunities personally and professionally from the partnership and support of my leaders.
