      Pros

      They make an awesome product (the daVinci) and the innovation in the mechanical and electrical engineering areas is commendable. The company is also very communicative with the employees about what is happening to the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Push back on innovation in software, when a new initiative is approved it happened more than once that it was soon cut again. Feels short sighted. Cubical land with the exception of labs.

      Great people, everyone willing to help you out. Fun to learn about the product, cool environment.

      Cons

      Campus is a little disjointed so you don't mix as much with people in other departments.

      Fast Paced, middle management lacking

      Pros

      Fast paced company. Company has great product. Very innovative company. Benefits are great, but seem to be going down hill over the last few years. 1% 401k matching?

      Cons

      Always trying to do more with less. Company runs extremely lean. This causes issues when somebody leaves the company or is out for an extended period of time.
