very nice technology, nice college good training program, USA management is one of the best

management team EU is not very transparent and are not objective you can do your job even what protocol is saying and want help and get level of service to the next level it will not count for management if the director or manager is not liking your face the will fire you HR is not having much power to do or act they would like to do but they are to a afraid for lossing there job
