      Great products, conservative boring work culture, bad management

      Great products; Competitive salary and great medical/dental/ESPP/stock option benefits; Annual 15% bonus depending on company goals; Subsidized lunch (but food not too good); Annual company picnic, a few TGIF functions, past company galas

      Cons

      Conservative, strict, boring work culture; Treats as corporate slaves just because we're handcuffed to the stock options; My Accounting management is micro-micro managing, passive-aggressive, and demeans the direct reports; Limited and weak IT resources; Little growth and promotion except if you're male

      Pros

      Groundbreaking product that is changing how surgery is done to the benefit of the patient. Smart, driven employees who work together to solve challenging problems. A company culture in which we can all make a difference. Great leadership with strong core values. Great stock programs.

      Cons

      There's lots of work to do -- but that's true of most of the successful companies I have worked for.

      Great colleagues, but management only care about themselves.

      Pros

      Company offers a great product. Colleagues below management level are great to work with. However, the current situation of being understaffed also leads to tense situations.

      Cons

      You are expected to do overtime frequently without any kind of compensation. Incompetent manager, with absolutely no knowledge of the business, who only seeks for mistakes of direct reports.Manager being kept in position, even after multiple complaints from different employees. HR is absolutely not open to discussion. Turnover of staff is very high in several different departments below management level.
