Company has grown too fast during COVID. Growth allowed the Peter Principle to take effect. Many promotions of people who are not qualified to do what job they were placed in.

Used to be a fantastic place to work. Now, management has become toxic in many areas particularly under the CFO. Interdepartmental power struggles and bureaucracy have greatly slowed the ability to get things done. "Yes men (and women)" are rewarded and those that reveal the unpleasant truths about things are pushed aside or have budget limited to the point where they can't be successful. Culture and values on all conference room walls that all employees strive to fulfill are completely ignored by most with a VP or higher title.
