      Pros

      Transparent and genuine leaders, a very collaborative and supportive culture with many passionate employees that really strive to make a positive difference.

      Cons

      Work-life balance can be difficult. The company moves at a very fast paced and employees can be under a lot of pressure at times.

      Its the place you want to be at if you are curious, love working on cutting edge tech, contribute to the field of RAS, sleep well everyday knowing that your hardwork is purposeful.

      Cons

      Initial learning curve might be a little steep, you need to adapt to a lot of systems in a short amount of time.

      Great place Growth for those interested in Healthcare/Robotics

      Pros

      Invested leaders who are willing to put in the work themselves. Flexibility to innovate and define frameworks for projects. Culture is lived out throughout the organization which is rare.

      Cons

      Benefits are all pretty competitive, with the exception of the 401k which has minimal company contribution.
