Coworkers are nice. They also sometimes have functioning water at the office.

Cons

No instructions or guidance are given once you begin, and expectations are high. If you don't meet unspoken expectations, prepare for the higher-ups to talk poorly behind your back (sometimes even to your face). Leadership does not acknowledge workers and will not return a friendly 'hello'. They do not care and see all of their employees as replaceable. If you already hate yourself, this is the job for you! Would not recommend this job to my worst enemy.

The place to be if you're looking to gain your experience and get out like everyone else.

Cons

Pathetic pay compared to other renewable energy companies, run by outdated old white men who haven't learned anything since covid, no incentive to come to the office yet forced to, and growth within the company is all talk and won't happen. The place is looking for warm bodies to fill positions and nothing more hence their high turn over rate.
