Pros

This is a company that is pro DEI and equality! I am not worried that they will continue that through the 2025 changes because it starts at the top. It is also very easy to grow through different departments in the company.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company is painfully understaffed. You won’t have a work/life balance or feel like you’re being paid the amt that you earned.

Direct managers were good, stable work.

Cons

It’s a sales company, and the sales team takes the profit and everyone else deals with the sometimes impossible promises. Pay was below average. I wouldn’t recommend working here long. Turn over was very high, even at higher level positions.

Pros

There are some great people within the company. I enjoy the cultural celebrations and lunch & learns. I really love the work that I do. The pay is good too.

Cons

Several changes in the WFH policy has changed my feelings for the company. More WFH flexibility would make this a better place to work. It will be the only reason I would consider leaving.
