Pros

Invenergy is fine if you're just wanting to get your foot in the door or are just starting out in your career. The people here have been great, I love my coworkers!

Cons

Upper level management is extremely misleading and untrustworthy. During my time here, the remote work policy has changed 3-4 times and they continue to take and take from their employees without giving anything in return. Also, a lot of micromanaging going on.

Security, always busy, excellent co-workers

Cons

Insanely overworked, which has led to very high attrition. Senior Leadership tries to address by putting in support systems that ultimately create more burden on the people that are tasked with using those systems.

You can learn something and get good exposure to the power industry. Compensation package is okay.

Cons

Lack of support for continued education. Politics weighs more on advancing than actual contributions and skill. Lack of diversity in high level management positions. High turnover. Credit and accountability for work is often times not shared fairly. Compensation package is just okay and the insurance benefits recently worsened.
