      Pros

      Those that work here are phenomenal. Your experience depends strongly on the team, area of expertise, and manager. I had fantastic experience and phenomenal team and learned so much.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of transparency from upper management, rigid in office culture they want to foster, and whiplash from changing goals.

      Pros

      Direct managers were good, stable work.

      Cons

      It’s a sales company, and the sales team takes the profit and everyone else deals with the sometimes impossible promises. Pay was below average. I wouldn’t recommend working here long. Turn over was very high, even at higher level positions.

      hard to progress and advance breadth of responsibilities. Job responsibilities are so narrow now and there are too many layers of management
