Pros

You work with bright people and have exposure to cool, yet poorly constructed, assets.

Cons

I was belittled, bullied, and shamed for having a disability. Having worked there for two years, I cannot tell you one individual who is truly happy working for this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone, even to enemies, because I would not want to put anyone else through what I’ve been through. Please do your research and talk with folks in the industry before accepting a position here. Please, please be advised many of these positive reviews are fake and misleading; I have folks within the industry who will validate this. Do your due diligence and ask people you trust/respect for honest opinions about this company. Consider looking at the company’s attrition rate for validation the above is valid.

Pros

I’d say the workload here’s a bit more manageable compared to some other places. You might even be able to work from home once a week—assuming your manager’s on board with it.

Cons

This is by far the most toxic and, frankly, racist company I’ve ever worked for. People are constantly throwing each other under the bus, and it feels like everyone’s quick to take credit for work they didn’t do. If you walk through the IT area, it’s pretty clear folks are just plain discouraged. IT leadership either doesn’t know or just doesn’t seem to care what anyone thinks. The CIO’s got the VPs in his corner, even though the whole department is a total mess. Turnover is super high, and honestly, nobody wants to stick around.
